Refund policy

I want you to love your Worn Revival purchase. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Because many Worn Revival pieces are handmade, upcycled, vintage, or one-of-a-kind, minor variations and signs of previous wear may be present. These characteristics are part of the nature of upcycled pieces and will be shown or described in the product listing whenever possible. Please review photos, descriptions, sizing, and measurements carefully before purchasing.

Custom or personalized items and items marked final sale cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact worn.revival.co@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos so I can make it right.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
